Object Exchange (OBEX)
connectBlue has extended the functionality of the Bluetooth OEM Serial Port Adapter modules to include support for the File Transfer Profile (FTP) and the Object Push Profile (OPP). We have also assembled a small, portable and easy to use host packet with a free open source version of OBEX and a sample, ready to use, FTP and OPP server. The host packet is easily ported and modified to suit different customer demands and host CPU environments. Since the OBEX is executed in the host the customer must make the final Bluetooth profile qualification tests with the end product.
