The Bluetooth iPhone / iOS Accessory Module OBS414 supports the Serial Port Profile (SPP) for fast and secure transparent serial data transmissions and the ability to connect to Apple iOS devices such as iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The module has the Apple Authentication co-processor build in, and supports the iPod Accessory Protocol. This simplifies the development of an iOS accessory to a minimum.The module is Bluetooth qualified and radio type approved for Europe, US and Canada. It also has the connectBlue interface for compatibility over time and radio technologies.
