PRESS RELEASE connectBlue™ Intensifies its Global Presence

connectBlue, the market leader in wireless industrial and medical solutions, continues to expand globally by appointing an APAC Business Development Director  and a new US President with a medical focus.

Since its conception in 2000, connectBlue has continued to grow and uphold its market leading position in the industrial and medical wireless business segments. With the new appointments, connectBlue further strengthens its medical focus as well as expands into the Asia Pacific region.

In 2006, Pelle Svensson began the connectBlue expansion into the US market by establishing its local office and becoming the President of connectBlue, Inc. Now, Pelle Svensson is taking on the expansion into the Asia Pacific region as APAC Business Development Director. Appointed as new President of connectBlue, Inc. is Bill Saltzstein who joined connectBlue in February as Business Development Manager for the wireless medical segment.

Besides the head office in Malmö, Sweden, there are local offices in Germany and in the USA. In total, connectBlue has 35 employees, distributors in 60 countries and an external production facility in Sweden with ISO9001, ISO13485, AAA, E mark, and UL certificates. Examples of customers include ABB, Leica Geosystems, Phoenix Contact, Schneider Electrics, and Zoll Medical.
