The company

connectBlue was founded in 2000 by Rolf Nilsson. From years of experience within the industrial automation industry (ABB, Alfa Laval, SATT Control) they saw the future demand for reliable, cost-efficient industrial wireless systems. With them to connectBlue, came some of the pioneers of Bluetooth technology. Experience told them to focus on just a few key requirements: Compatibility, extended life cycles and latency. Still today, these requirements are always top focus at connectBlue.
