Markus Wejrot, M.Sc. Electronic Design Engineer

Markus joined connectBlue in 2000. He has a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Since childhood he has built, invented and developed: anything and everything.

Markus likes to figure out how to make things work, and how to build in features that bring out that “wow” experience that he so desires. At home you’ll often find him in his 90m2 garage, designing and building furniture, electronic devices and, well, just about anything. He enjoys cooking and often invites friends and colleagues over for a barbeque, putting huge cuts of beef on the grill (not so strange, his wife being from Uruguay!).

Markus likes that connectBlue is a small company giving him the possibility to make a real difference in design and development all the way down to production. He loves the variation of his assignments and the fact that he is given both time and encouragement to develop himself and future techniques. This of course works just as well for him, as it does for connectBlue.
